In principle I agree fully. I give to consider however that one means nowadays mostly Greater London, if one speaks of „London “(one means only the town center OF London says one this explicitly; that is at least the experience, which I made during my guest term in England) - and in Greater London (thus „London “in the landläufigen sense) are evenly the two metropolitan seats down mentioned.
