In Finland a minister and an opponent of the woman surgery were condemned, because he had refused itself out-assigning the communion with a Pfarrerin.

The explained lutherische minister, Dr. Martti Vaahtoranta, on 30 November in a privately out-sent electronic message.

Minister Norro is a convinced opponent of the woman surgery. It was in a lutheranischen municipality as Gastprediger.

In the vestry Norro were also Mrs. Ojala before beginning of service beside ministers.

Then a Pfarrerin entered the vestry, which was intended in the roster as a communion aid for the service.

Gastprediger Norro and one that supervisor inside of the service had assumed - as in former times agreed upon - none were minister inside in the service.

Consequently refused officiating minister Norro as well as the Pfarrerin.

Thereupon a present church chief Anzeige and Norro refunded because of discrimination was condemned.

The likewise condemned minister Tuominen is not an opponent of the woman surgery. He was however guiltily spoken obviously, because he possessed the upper supervision over the place of the happening.

Mrs. Ojala was called condemned, because she did not intervene as a representative of the employer of minister Norro, around the Pastorin to their alleged right to help and their outlet even.

Now Vaahtoranta hopes that the condemned ones will insert appointment against the judgement:

„Otherwise the today's decision forms a precedent, which could at any time concern each church and even each Christian association. “

The whole was an enormous provocation. One knew exactly that minister Norro for conscience reasons would never officiate with a Pfarrerin:

„Prompt was refunded announcement, not with the bishop or cathedral chapter, but with a worldly court “.

The reason of a Frauenordnation with missing Biblical prohibition passes far the reality! An express verbal prohibition actually does not give it. But:

For the first Christians it was completely natural that the Apostel and its successors always acted in the sense of the gentleman, without to ask whether the gentleman expressly also in each case arranged or forbade or not.
It requires thereby no express prohibition of a Frauenordnation, it been sufficient rather that the gentleman appointed in its Apostelkollegium excluding men. Thus this question is finally answered, as JPII confirmed as well known.

The question of the Zölibates is not a question of the church discipline and has dogma tables a character. Also into the Ecclesiae living with Rome in full church community sui iuris there is married priest, of Rome in no way complains.

The Zölibatsfrage is justified with at present towards lack of priest. On the other hand the church, like the development after the council confirmed, did not win by substantial demand renouncement ever, but always lost at substance.
